Translucent Love
Is it love when you can find yourself
gazing deep into their eyes,
Is it love how when you’re with them you
escape from your disguise?
How two bodies and two souls can merge
as a single heart,
Or how you can walk the wretched tails
of two paths that never part?
Is it love how you’re still so young
yet you’ve come so far,
when he looks you in the eyes and whispers,
