Equinox
...rainbow colors of white blooming...
Equinox
the sun arcs north side
worms and grubs reappear
to soak in the rising heat
birds follow the sun northward
singing in high pitches dancing
along the path the sun makes
as the sunlight stays longer
like periscopes the daffodils
everywhere poke their heads
frolicking with the soft breezes
waltzing with the crocuses
this side of God’s little acre
crescendoing with bird songs
amidst blooming rainbow colors of white
