My Son on your wedding day
on your wedding day my Son
I picked you up when you fell down,
I helped you smile when you would frown,
I held your hand and hugged you tight,
I listerned for you all through the night,
although you are getting married today,
I know you will never be too far away,
this day brings me such great joy,
and you will always be my little boy,
today is the beginning of the rest of your life,
I know you’ll be happy as Husband and Wife.

I have written a poem for my Mother-in-law to be, to read to my husband to be (her son) on our wedding day. The wedding isn't until July 2016 but I wanted people's whoughts on it please.
