under this gray sky
our life is completely contained
in an immense maze lost in the suburb of fate
entry and exit needle’s eye
both are called If
the sense of both it is entirely contained
in that fragile thread that we hold in our hands
and in our dexterity in inserting it into that right needle’s eye.....
don’t die in vain
do not live in vain
first and last say
in the meanwhile a single certainty arises
it is darkness that gives meaning to light
and not the other way alike

sotto questo cielo grigio
la nostra vita è completamente contenuta
in un immenso labirinto sperduto nella periferia del destino
l’entrata e l’uscita sono crune di un ago
entrambi si chiamano Se
il significato di entrambi è interamente contenuto
in quel fragile filo che teniamo tra le nostre dita
e nella nostra destrezza nell’inserirlo in quella cruna d’ago .....
non morire invano
non vivere invano
prima e ultima parola
nel frattempo cresce un’unica certezza
è l’oscurità che dà significato alla luce
e non il contrario
