Subway
A little poem I wrote about riding the subway when I was on it yesterday, lol. Serious high brow humor here people.
Damn the subway sucks
Wish I had a few more bucks
I’d buy myself a car
And give zero fucks
Crusty people all around
Squeaky brakes the only sound
No music cause
No cell service to be found
Put my bag in the seat next to me
Don’t care if it’s a he or she
Sit somewhere else
So cramped I can barely breathe
Sitting in the back so I can be
Safe from sneaky and crazy
Ratchet people
Trying to steal all my money
Sat behind a guy with dandruff
Man this rides gonna be rough
Dandruff shampoo needed
Can’t handle all this stuff
Stepped in a puddle of sick
Guess that’s why the floors slick
Gum under my shoe
Hope this ride is quick
Stop by stop passes
People sitting on their asses
Staring at me
Glad I brought sunglasses
At my stop finally
So glad cause I have to pee
This train smells like farts
Thank God at last I’m free!
