Scars

Most of my scars are not easy too see.
Because most of my scars lay inside of me.
From people I’ve loved, who did not love back.
Or a friend you may trust, that you’ve heard talking smack.
From the loss of a love, to the death of my dad.
I can’t even count all the wounds that I’ve had.
These are the scars that are not easy too heal.
And although you can’t see then, believe me there real.
I don’t think for any, I ever have bled.
But I can say at times, I had wished I were dead.
Then with time the wound won’t remain.
But all it takes is a memory, to relive the pain.
