So a week after then, first date was set
Both hoped the initial interaction
Will be pleasant, friendly, enjoyable
It turned out great beyond expectation
Meeting again they’re both agreeable
Though both have been hurt many times before
But they want to try, see what’s possible
Time to test the waters, maybe there’s more
Surely there must be happiness in store!
