Winter’s Winds
As the cold winds of winter push in the deep and heavy iron clouds
Watch as the quivering leaves tear away
Becoming lost in the whining winds
Soon we will all watch as snowflakes come forth
Finding their place in this vast world
Each so unique and delicate yet always carrying the same heart
Once they have all found their place
They become the massive beast
Known as winter blanketing the earth
Consuming chaos and giving us rest
