love that healed you,
and crippled you,

that brilliantly blossoms

with streaks of blue
you were only but passing through
a pain that left you begging for death
as you heal through compassion and love
relearning to enjoy each breath

as we sit outdoors
in humid Singapore
as we laugh and cry
never a moment dry
as we gaze at each other’s eyes
there is never goodbye
if our lives were to be intertwined
it’s His grace that allows

i don’t think i’ve ever believed stronger in God’s timing as i did during this weekend. an encounter as enchanting and powerful didn’t reach me without purpose. for a love so sweet, may never cease to exist. thank you S, x
