To Be Loved

I just want to be loved
Held, caressed
Yearned for
 
I want him to look so deeply into my eyes
That he sees right into my soul
I want him to look at me
With the tenderness of knowing
That he is finally complete
Now that he has found me
 
I want him to make love to me like it’s the first time
Every time
Memorising my body to heart
With each kiss
Working his way gently
From my toes to my forehead
 
I want to laugh with this man
Be so comfortable that I can be myself around him
Complete honesty
 
I want openness where we can confide to each other
Trusting absolutely
No doubts
Believing in the other
 
I want to share commonalities
Hobbies and adventures we both want pursued
Together
 
I want to be the whole world to this man
I want to be his oxygen
His reason for living
His heart
 
I want my soul mate
To bring me back to earth
Where I belong
To save me from the darkest depths of my mind
The hell I have created
 
I want to love and be loved
