Poetic In Heart

Lessons in the mirror

Turning Scars into Strength

I used to carry the weight of the night,
Blaming the darkness for stealing my light.
But every fall, every ache, every tear,
Taught me the lessons I hold so dear.

Mistakes aren’t failures-they’re seeds we sow,
They teach us the things we need to grow.
I learned to forgive, to let go of pain,
To dance in the sun, even after the rain.

Each scar on my soul, a badge I wear,
Proof of the battles that led me here.
I may not be perfect, but that’s okay–
I’m stronger, wiser, and healing each day.

This poem reflects on the lessons learned from past mistakes and hardships. It emphasizes that every misstep and scar is not a sign of failure but a source of growth and strength. Through forgiveness and resilience, it celebrates the journey of self-healing and embracing imperfection while moving forward with newfound wisdom and hope.
