feeding each other’s soul
with each twilight sun setting
an event beautiful
our travel group and friends
we all admire the local architecture
gracing the skyline sun silhouetted
its facades in many different forms
a welcoming image of refuge
a hearth where love dwells
nourished and flourishing
where arts reside music heard
captivated and delighted we dance
to poetry read in a courtyard
feeding our souls with nectar ambrosia
all things beautiful we stay together
we see light in darkness
the obscured beauty in the ugly
simply creatives grateful
in our own positive way
converse without bias
happy we are consuming good
and junk food alike wash down
with common sense wisdom
nature all around us smiling
full of wonderful things
inspiring enhancing
our surroundings
luxuriant our landscapes... colorful
our man made environment
amidst these wonderful things
we soak up positive energy
warmth from the sun
find solace from moonlight
creatives we are we reflect
patience fuels our well-being
resides in us inherently
intuitive in any surrounding
we walk slowly the paths of life
with gratitude embrace
the blessings given
we self care like the creative iguanas
