Though Wittgenstein was correct that “There is not a single philosophical method, though there are indeed methods, different therapies, as it were”, there is, of course, one God

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
Holds that there is a sequence
In which an experience is followed in turn
By a belief, a thought, and a feeling

Fair enough
If CBT ends the sequence with actions
That lead to healing

But a belief, a thought, and a feeling
Are each an experience too
Which means that the sequence investigated by CBT
Can be restated as
An experience followed by
An experience, an experience, and an experience

This narrows down things down to the central question
That not just CBT, but life itself
Asks of us:
What are we to make of our experiences?

We are to make believe
Which means making mistakes
And learning from them
Until we simply believe

That is when we start to experience everything
As the object cause of our desire
And our desire knows no bounds:
We want everything
Because it all comes from God
