The Breath of Life Is the Gift That Keeps on Giving
In addiction there is never enough;
In God there is always enough
How much is enough?
As much as we can take
And in addiction, we can’t take any more of this
While in faith, we can take as much as God can give
Because our job is to give it all away
God always has more to give
Which we know beyond the shadow of a doubt
By the nature of our desire, which is suited to God:
We always want more
And every single day that we live and breathe
We have been given it
Moreover,
By giving our gifts to the world
We give thanks to God
