“Riders on the Storm”
“There’s a killer on the road”
Like you
I was born for greatness
And, like you
My call to greatness is
“A great disturbance in the Force”
Once before
“Millions of voices cried out in terror
And were suddenly silenced”
Once more
“I fear something terrible (will) happen”
Still, there is a great temptation
To ignore the gathering storm
And rest on our laurels rather than Shabbos
But there is an even greater call
To see and hear the truth
And make the great sacrifices necessary
To ride herd on the storm
We’d better get some rest
Because we’re gonna need it
Which is why God gives us Shabbos
To find in Him all that we need
