My Epic Poem: Chapter 1,972
I’ve been gaining valuable experience
In on-the-job training
It’s a big job
But somebody’s got to do it–
I’m learning how to predict the future
Without any desire to control it
Because my desire is for a future
When I live without fear of man
And my prediction is that working towards that future
Builds a time machine
In which the future is now
And my fear of man is suddenly in the past
While my fear of God is timeless
One thing I’ve learned
In my on-the-job training
Is that I’ve got a lot of work to do
Because my time machine is epic
