We are all problem children
Our problem is
Everything we do is done to get a reaction
As if every action doesn’t come with
An equal and opposite reaction
In doing so
We act without believing
We will get what we deserve
Out of desperation that we might finally
Get what we want
But if we believe in God
We trust that we always get what we deserve
Because that is exactly what we need
To keep striving for what we want
For now, we want a reaction
But in the world to come
We need only take action
And find an endless supply
Of all that we desire
In the form of more desire
