It’s a Free Country, but That Doesn’t Mean You Get a Free Ride; In Fact, It Means the Opposite
It always comes back to
Love and work–
The whole point of
Love of country
Is found in doing the work
To maintain or even build on civilization
While raising the children
To whom we will hand it all over
I love my children
And I try to fail better every day
At loving all of God’s children
So, I go to work
That there may be a country I love enough
To give to the children
I love more than myself
In trust and/or hope
That they have been taught well enough
To do the same for our grandchildren
All of whom
God willing
Will be free at last
As they work harder together
Than we can possibly imagine
